BY PITTS KENNEL HEALTH GUARANTEE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT
- I will make every effort to provide my clients with a healthy canine. I go to great
lengths to maintain great health. Your puppy is guaranteed to be in good health upon delivery or pickup,
having had all vaccinations and deworming necessary for its age, and dew claws removed.
- I recommend
taking your pup to a vet within 48 hours of pickup. Any problems must be brought to my attention immediately.
If pup is found to have a serious health condition, pup may be replaced with no refund given. If
pup cannot be replaced, monies are refunded.
- If the pup develops a life threatening
illness prior to 6 months of age, breeder is to be notified immediately through written documentation from a licensed veterinarian
containing legible diagnosis and prognosis. I reserve the right to also require a consultation with my
vet and yours. The final diagnosis will be made by my vet, if necessary.
- If an
illness developed due to lack of shots or deworming after original pickup, the new owner is responsible and the pup will not
be replaced nor owner reimbursed.
- The blue coat coloring in most breeds can be associated with skin
problems, such as more prone to bacterial, viral, staph and fungal infections. While some of these conditions
are hereditary, it can be common in all dogs. We do not guarantee against skin or coat problems.
Most of these problems are easily and inexpensively treated, however I feel it is your right to know so that you may
be prepared to treat your dog in the event that it does have such a problem. I would never knowingly breed
any dog that is a producer of a skin disease. Please talk to your veterinarian for more information.
- I will not replace a dog or refund money if infected by mange.
- I
do not guarantee perfect teeth nor replace or refund due to misaligned teeth. Pups of this quality are
normally sold at discount prices and the buyer will be told prior to the sale. Development of under, over
or off bite is incontrollable however DOES NOT affect the dogs’ quality of life.
- All pups
are not guaranteed to be show quality.
- NO DOGS WILL BE SOLD FOR ILLEGAL PURPOSES
DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON.
DEPOSITS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE BECAUSE OF COLOR. DEPOSITS CONSIST OF ANY
AND ALL MONIES PAID PRIOR TO PUPS BEING 8 WEEKS OF AGE WHEN THEY WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP. BALANCE
ON PUP IS DUE AT PICKUP.
Acceptable forms of payment: Cash, Check (payable
Josh Pitts), credit card via PayPal (no account required). Please
do not send cash through the mail.
